MICHAEL J SIEVERT CFP®

Mike Sievert is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with over 34 years of financial planning experience.  He is the President and Founder of Exclusive Advisors.  Mike has lived in Jacksonville, FL for over 56 years.  He has been married to his wife Kim for 30 years and they have two boys, Alan (24) a graduate of FSU, and Eric (26) a graduate of FSU. Mike is a graduate of The Bolles School (’85) and received his Bachelor of Science from the College of Business at Jacksonville University (’90).  He successfully completed the CFP® Professional Education Program through the College for Planning (’97).  He received his CFP® certification in 1998 after successfully passing a two day, 10 hour comprehensive board examination administered by the CFP® Board of Standards.  His clientele is comprised of high to ultra-high-net worth individuals, professionals and owners of closely held companies. In addition to specializing in offering and coordinating 1031 DSTs for clients and their Qualified Intermediaries, Mike also provides unique risk and wealth management solutions with an emphasis on diversifying traditional investment allocations with income producing private equity, private debt, private preferred, private energy, private real estate and private tax benefit programs for additional diversification.
