MICHAEL J SIEVERT CFP®
Mike Sievert is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with 35 years of financial planning experience. He is the President and Founder of Exclusive Advisors. Mike has lived in Jacksonville, FL for over 55 years. He has been married to his wife Kim for 30 years and they have two boys, Alan (24) a graduate of FSU, and Eric (27) a graduate of FSU. Mike is a graduate of The Bolles School (’85) and received his Bachelor of Science from the College of Business at Jacksonville University (’90). He successfully completed the CFP® Professional Education Program through the College for Financial Planning (’97). Mike received his CFP® certification in 1998 after successfully passing a two day, 10 hour comprehensive board examination administered by the CFP® Board of Standards. His clientele is comprised of high to ultra-high-net worth individuals, professionals and owners of closely held companies. He has been published in numerous financial articles in both the Journal of the Duval County Medical Society: Jacksonville Medicine and the Journal of the Florida Medical Association. He has also been quoted numerous times in the Jacksonville Business Journal and the business section of the Florida Times Union. Mike specializes in providing unique risk and wealth management solutions including private equity, private debt, private preferred, private real estate and private tax benefit investment programs such as 1031 DSTs and Opportunity Zone Funds.
ERIC M SIEVERT
Eric joined Exclusive Advisors LLC in September 2023 after transitioning over from Fidelity Investments where he was a high net worth associate for over two years. A native of Jacksonville, FL, Eric graduated from Episcopal School of Jacksonville in 2017 and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 2021.
Eric is the Director of Business Development with Exclusive Advisors LLC and holds a Series 7 along with life, health and variable annuity licenses. In addition to managing and developing business relationships at Exclusive Advisors, Eric will specialize in providing accredited investors unique access to income producing private equity, private debt, private preferred, private energy, private real estate and private tax benefit programs including 1031 DSTs and Special Opportunity Zone Funds.
ALAN J SIEVERT
Alan joined Exclusive Advisors LLC in September 2023 after graduating from the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship with a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Entrepreneurship at Florida State University. A native of Jacksonville, FL, Alan graduated from Episcopal School of Jacksonville in 2019 .
Alan is the Director of Operations at Exclusive Advisors LLC and holds a Series 7 securities registration. In addition to managing day-to-day business operations at Exclusive Advisors, Alan specializes and coordinates providing accredited investors unique access to income producing private equity, private debt, private preferred, private energy, private real estate and private tax benefit programs including 1031 DSTs and Special Opportunity Zone Funds.
